EDI Policy Development Toolkit
This toolkit serves as a supplementary resource to aid in the development and review of University policies and procedures. While not a mandatory component of the policy process, policy leaders are strongly encouraged to utilize this resource and consider how you might incorporate key principles into your approach.
We recommend allocating time to review the toolkit and develop an implementation plan that integrates these principles into your policy work. Should you require additional assistance in utilizing this resource, please contact the University Secretariat at policyadmin@ecuad.ca and Ece Arslan at edi-rio@ecuad.ca.
