Submit an Event

Events hosted by or affiliated with ECU can be submitted here for sharing on ecuad.ca and possibly in email newsletters and social media posts.

Eligible events include:

  • On-campus events by and for students, staff, faculty and alumni
  • Off-campus exhibitions or events hosted or organized by ECU
  • Fundraising events in direct support of ECU

Other Considerations:

  • Events that don’t meet these criteria can be submitted to the Notice Board. We may remove submissions that contravene our community guidelines.
  • Please submit events at least two weeks before start to be included in email newsletters.
  • If your event has multiple happenings, such as a reception and an exhibition, submit these as separate events to ensure timely inclusion in our promotion.
  • To edit or cancel your event, contact communications@ecuad.ca. Edits are not always possible due to time constraints.

Please upload an image to be included with your Event listing. Make sure your image is minimum 1280px wide. We recommend 1600px wide. The maximum file size is 1.5MB. If you don’t have an image, we’ll choose a generic one for you. Images with text, like posters, should be avoided and may be substituted at our discretion.
