Whether you are building a new course, or re-working a course you have taught in the past, this is a chance for focused and practical support to get your course ready-to-go!

By the end of this workshop, participants will have: identified key course content, written learning outcomes, and connected outcomes to assessments and teaching approaches.

Snacks and lunch provided. Participation is capped at 15 people; if you are not able to attend, please contact Ki for individual or departmental support with curriculum design.

For example, how does social justice come up in your teaching experiences during critiques or in lectures or assignments? Are there teaching topics you want to consider such as cultural appropriation, bias or discrimination?

Jen has been practicing meditation for over 15 years, with formal training in multiple traditions. She is a meditation instructor and directed a centre for the arts and meditation for 5 years in New York.

Monday, September 16th at 3:30 PM at the TLC
Thursday, September 19th at 11:30 AM at the TLC

The sessions will be 1-hour long and it will include some meditation, theory, and time for questions/reflection. No registration required.
