How to Access M365 Online

• Go to Microsoft 365
• Sign in with your MYEC username in the format username@ecuad.ca
• Enter your MYEC password on the Single Sign-On page

Download M365 to your Computer

• Sign in at Microsoft 365.
• In the top right corner, open the Install apps dropdown.
• Select Install Office.

Using M365 on your Phone

• Sign in with your @ecuad.ca email the first time you open the app.
• Download the free Microsoft Office apps from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Yes — but sign in through a browser and log out when you’re finished to keep your files secure.

Yes. Download the free Office apps and sign in with your ECU email.

Yes. Download the Outlook app and follow the Mac setup or Windows setup instructions.

Your ECU M365 account remains active while you’re a student. It will expire 120 days after you graduate or leave ECU. At that point, you must uninstall Microsoft apps provided through ECU’s license.

Each student account includes secure cloud storage through OneDrive.

Up to five devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Microsoft 365 should already be installed. If not, contact the IT Service Desk.
