What You’ll Learn
This interdisciplinary program emphasizes foundational techniques alongside innovative approaches. Students have opportunities to explore woodwork, metal fabrication, mold-making, casting, and textiles, as well as digital fabrication and emerging technologies.
The curriculum encourages experimentation with various media, including video, sound, interactivity and performance, allowing students to push the boundaries of traditional sculpture.
Critical discussions and theoretical readings complement studio work, enabling students to contextualize their practice within contemporary art discourse.

Program Structure
Sculpture + Expanded Practices is one of the disciplines within the Visual Arts Major. In your first year, you’ll complete the Foundation Year alongside all other majors.
Starting in second year, you can tailor your studies by choosing from a range of Sculpture courses that match your interests and goals.
