Additional Fees, Guidelines + Terms

Event rentals require extra charges for staffing, tech support and other services. Requirements and timelines vary by event.

All renters must review our event guidelines and terms, including essential information on catering, sustainability, accessibility, signage and more.

Planning helps ensure your event runs smoothly.

Our Student-First Commitment

As a teaching and learning institution, we prioritize student needs and academic programming. All external events must support and respect this focus.

We also welcome opportunities for collaboration: if your event could involve or benefit ECU students or the broader university community, we’d love to hear about it.
