This course explores what it means to lead creative work and shape strategy in today’s interdisciplinary and evolving organizations. Through the lens of collaboration, culture and strategic thinking, you’ll examine how leadership practices influence team dynamics, guide innovation and connect design direction with broader organizational goals. You’ll explore topics such as leadership methodologies, team development, inclusive hiring and the evolving role of design in shaping business and organizational outcomes. You’ll refine your leadership principles and apply them through hands-on people-centred collaboration, building confidence to advocate for the value of design and contribute meaningfully to key decisions at every level.
