Description

This micro-certificate equips you with the strategic, interpersonal, and visionary tools to lead high-performing design teams and shape the direction of your organization. Through collaborative projects, leadership frameworks, and reflective practice, you’ll learn how to guide teams, foster a strong design culture, and define your personal leadership philosophy. Tailored for experienced UX/UI or creative technology professionals with 3+ years of experience, this program is ideal if you’re ready to mentor others, influence design and organizational strategy, and move into management roles with confidence and clarity. Each of the two intensive courses is delivered full-time over a separate, non-consecutive week to support deep focus and reflection while maintaining flexibility in your schedule: CUIL 111 – Design Leadership: People & Processes CUIL 112 – Design Leadership: Pathways to Growth
