Description

Title sequences for film, television, animation, or performance represent the first impression of time-based work and can draw the audience in, or set the tone. From storyboarding to audio syncing you will learn the industry-standard approach to creating professional title sequences for a variety of projects. Bridging several software, you will learn essential skills that are valuable to motion designers, film editors, and videographers alike and gain an in-depth understanding of creating compelling time-based media.

What You'll Learn

  1. Identify and discuss the elements of effective or impactful title sequences.
  2. Use storyboarding to ideate possible title sequences for an existing project
  3. Identify and combine appropriate software to initiate a title sequence project
  4. Experiment with different effects that can enhance or modify the title sequence.
  5. Select and plan a title sequence based on ideations
  6. Edit a completed video and sync to audio
