Hungry? You don’t have to go far. From hearty bowls and ramen to great coffee and snacks, ECU’s food options keep you fuelled.

On campus you’ll find casual spots to grab a meal or quick bite, while Kafka’s and Nemesis are literally steps from our front doors. Walk a little further and Mount Pleasant and Olympic Village offer countless cafés, restaurants and breweries to explore.

On Campus

The Caf — Order Online
A laid-back spot with bowls, burgers, burritos and more. Located on Level 2 beside the Library. Coffee service stays open an extra half hour after closing.

The Tuck Shop — Order Online
The Tuck Shop on Level 1 serves two ramen dishes plus candy and drinks from around the world. It’s open Monday to Friday.

Vending Machines
Vending machines are on level 2 near The Caf.

Rotating food trucks line up on the north side of the Centre for Digital Media (577 Great Northern Way), typically serving lunch.

Neighbourhood Eats
Our campus is surrounded by Mount Pleasant and Olympic Village. Within a 15-minute walk, you’ll find poke bowls, bubble tea, boutique restaurants and local favourites on Main Street.
