The Facilities Office keeps our campus running smoothly every day. Here you’ll find information about parking passes, locker rentals, maintenance requests, lost and found items and posting notices around campus.
If something on campus needs attention, or you simply need a place to store your materials, this is where to start.
Parking Passes
Interested in parking on campus? Find out how to request or renew an underground parking pass and view current rates and FAQs.
Parking is limited. Submitting a request does not guarantee a parking pass.
Maintenance or Service Issue
If something on campus needs attention — from maintenance to cleaning or repairs — contact the Facilities Help Desk.

Locker Rentals for Students
Locker rentals are available to current ECU undergraduate and graduate students. Lockers are located throughout campus hallways. Students must bring their own standard-sized padlock or combination lock.
More Useful Information
Lost + Found
The lost and found is located at the ECU Reception/Information Desk in the main lobby area. Please turn in any found items to the desk and notify reception of any lost items and they will contact you if they are returned. If you label your items, you can be notified once they are turned in.
Posters + Notices
Emily Carr University employees and students actively engage in the local arts and cultural community.
Notices about arts and culture events are accepted for display at our ECU Reception/Information Desk during regular business hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm, weekdays), attention to Stefan Gibson, Receptionist. The University reserves the right to refuse materials.
