Bio

Natasha Tony is a labour relations specialist, consultant, leadership coach, trainer and speaker, and CEO of Vancouver-based Elevate Inclusion Strategies. She works with corporations, businesses, crown corporations, all levels of government, labour unions and social justice organizations, applying an intersectional, human rights, and reconciliation lens to all that she does. Natasha has been recognized as a Black leader in Vancouver by the Vancouver Economic Commission. Before establishing Elevate Inclusion Strategies, Natasha worked as an Extras Casting Director and Labour Relations Specialist in the film industry. She also developed the Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Workplace Training Program for the film industry, which was recognized with a Women in Film + TV Vancouver Spotlight Award. In collaboration with Creative Pathways (Creative BC), Natasha contributed to the Creative Equity Roadmap. She is currently a board member of Black Women Film! Canada and an Appointed Bencher with the Law Society of British Columbia.
