Krisha is a Senior UX Researcher with eight years of experience leading research across banking, gaming, real estate and big tech. Currently at Amazon, she specializes in strategic research to guide product strategy and innovation. Before moving into UX, she worked in marketing and advertising, building a strong foundation in communication and storytelling. Passionate about mentorship, Krisha has supported aspiring designers and researchers through programs, volunteer initiatives and one-on-one coaching. She draws on this mix of industry and creative experience to make UX research approachable, engaging and relevant for students.
