Research Interests

Carolyn Agazarian’s professional practice is equal parts precision and poise. Think of it as backstage couture for leadership, where calendars become choreography, meetings become momentum and decisions land with intention instead of haste. She has a talent for translating sprawling complexity into elegant structure, shaping the rhythms, tools and communication systems that keep teams aligned, time protected and accountability clear without losing the human thread. With 12+ years alongside senior leaders across higher education, healthcare, labour and the public sector, she brings a sharp eye, steady judgment and an instinct for what needs to happen next. Her personal practice is rooted in care and quiet excellence. Carolyn approaches coordination as a kind of service artistry, creating space for others to arrive prepared, feel supported and do their strongest work. She believes the best systems don’t just organize; they soften the edges, reduce noise and make ambitious work sustainable.
