Bio
Since 2008, Angus has been teaching, facilitating and developing courses and programs in higher education settings, focusing on learning assessment, curriculum development and student success. He is passionate about working with diverse communities, researching life-long learning practices and advocating for holistic wellness. Angus enjoys collaborating to create programs that help students achieve their goals. Angus holds a master's in educational psychology from SFU, a TESOL diploma from Douglas College and certificates in facilitating higher education from Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW). He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, taking trips on his runners or bicycle, and trying new restaurants.
Research Interests
Integrating 20 years of professional, educational and leadership experiences in Metro Vancouver, Angus works with staff, faculty, professionals and stakeholders to nurture student success. As a holistic educational administrator, he aims to cultivate a collaborative leadership process while working to serve students. He works with all parties to achieve institutional goals, build professional partnerships, and create mutual success.
