| Description (ECIAD) | Employs the human figure as a basis for the study of gesture, line, plane, and volume in both two and three dimensions. This study serves as a reference for a broad range of approaches in various media. Students are encouraged to explore contemporary methods of drawing the human figure that consider various issues related to the politics of the body. Slide presentations, discussions, and critiques are an integral part of the course. |
