Description (ECIAD)UX Designers often work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Each stakeholder has their own expertise and perspective, which makes clear communication and effective collaboration necessary to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. Drawing from skills learned throughout the program, you will put into practice iterative design processes that respond to a client's design brief. With a focus on UX for product development, this major project course establishes the essential skills and strategies required to manage, influence, and perform successfully in a team environment. From effective project kickoffs to stakeholder engagement and presentations, you will gain valuable experiences in collaboration and effective project management, ultimately delivering a successful project that meets business and user needs.
