| Description (ECIAD) | Interactivity and motion design engage users with
a product, making it more enjoyable and memorable.
When used effectively in relation to UX and UI
design, motion design can optimize user
interactions, communicate information, create a
sense of flow and continuity, and give feedback to
users. In this course, you will learn the key
principles and frameworks of motion design for
UX/UI, using human interface guidelines, gestalt
principles, and 5 dimensions of interaction design
to create meaningful and user-friendly
experiences. From micro-interactions to custom
animations and rendered interactive features, you
will apply storytelling techniques, usability
testing methods and validation processes learned
throughout the program to explore the purpose and
value of interaction design. This course will
introduce industry standard tools like After
Effects and Blender and how to integrate your
designs into a UX workflow. |
