| Description (ECIAD) | By conducting research, designers can better understand user needs, goals, and pain points, as well as their behavior and attitudes towards products or services. This course introduces different methodologies that can be used throughout the research process to formulate effective questions, plan and execute user testing, and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and presentations. You will gain hands-on experience in asking relevant research questions, gathering data effectively, and developing critical thinking skills that inform design decisions and drive innovation. By the end of the course you will understand how to translate user data into successful design for any user-centred project or task. |
