What happens to my ECU email address?
You’ll have access to your ECU email for four months after convocation. After that, emails sent to your @ecuad.ca address can be forwarded to another account, so you don’t lose access to services or sites linked to your ECU email.
To set up forwarding, create and submit a ticket using the link below before August 31 of your graduating year. If you’d like to opt out later, submit a ticket and your request will be processed within 10 business days.
How do I get a copy of my transcript?
Current students and alumni who used MYEC during their studies can order transcripts online through MYEC. If you do not submit your transcript request online through MYEC , you can request a transcript. If you are having trouble accessing MYEC or submitting your request, reach out to reghelp@ecuad.ca.
How do I replace my degree parchment?
Alumni from the undergraduate and graduate programs can order a replacement degree parchment by filling in a Degree Parchment Replacement Request Form. Questions regarding replacement parchment requests can be directed to Records + Registration.
I’ve legally changed my name and want to update my degree parchment.

How do I get my T2202A form?
T2202A and T4A forms for both past and current students are accessed through MYEC. If you are having trouble accessing MYEC to obtain your forms, please reach out to reghelp@ecuad.ca.
How can I share my exhibition/event with the ECU community?
Please visit our submission portal to review guidelines and submit your event through the relevant channel for potential inclusion in our digital channels, including our website and social media. You can also submit events and job postings by joining and then posting on The Leeway.
