Please be informed that BCNET (our Colleague service provider) has scheduled maintenance from January 23th at 8:00 PM to January 24th at 3:00 AM. During this period, the following systems will be temporarily unavailable:
• MyEC
• Colleague User Interface
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve our system performance and reliability.
If you encounter any issues accessing MyEC or Colleague outside the specified maintenance window, please use this form to report the problem.

Print Services - Ongoing Maintenance

On Monday, January 6th all self-service printing will be unavailable for the entire day due to planned maintenance. The Digital Output Centre (DOC) will remain open for custom print orders. Self-service printing will resume on January 7th.
Update: Print services have been restored. Please submit a ticket to IT Services if you experience any issues with printing.
