Bio

Priyanka holds a Master of Design from ECU and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai. With over eight years of experience across nonprofit, academic and creative industries, her work focuses on building innovative programs and strategic partnerships for ECU's emerging creatives that centre equity, interdisciplinary collaboration and social impact.

Research Interests

Priyanka was born in Mumbai, India where she worked as an architect and graphic designer in the private sector. She has partnered with reputed health, education, technology and nonprofit organizations as a design strategist, project coordinator and facilitator, creating spaces for meaningful dialogue through co-design practices and multidisciplinary collaboration. As an interdisciplinary designer, her practice is rooted in feminist values and participatory methods, often exploring the intersections of “playfully provocative” design, community engagement, and social equity. Outside of work, Priyanka enjoys swimming, badminton, movies and karaoke.
