IT Services
IT Services (ITS) is the strategic digital partner enabling ECU’s academic, administrative and creative mission.
The department leads the design, delivery and stewardship of the university’s digital ecosystem—ensuring technology is reliable, secure and aligned with institutional priorities.
As a central hub for digital enablement, ITS oversees multitude of campus systems and leads key digital transformation initiatives towards a digital campus experience.
Through four Service centers: Service Desk, Collaborative Technology Services, Media Resources and Digital Output Center, the department provides responsive day‑to‑day support for students, faculty and staff, ensuring seamless access to email, Wi-Fi, classroom technology, specialized software, printing and labs.
By combining operational reliability with strategic digital innovation, ITS powers ECU’s ability to work, teach, create and collaborate in a connected world.
