Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is ECU’s senior governing body responsible for managing, administering, and overseeing the university’s property, budget, business affairs and executive leadership. It works alongside the Senate in a bicameral governance model.
Comprised of 15 members (including the Chancellor, President, faculty, students, staff and external appointees), the Board meets approximately five times a year. It operates through three main committees: Executive & HR, Finance & Audit and Governance.
