ECU offers free, confidential counselling and a range of wellness programs to support students across all areas of life—emotional, physical, cultural and social.

- Join activities like dog therapy, cook + connect or mindfulness sessions

Student Accessibility
Student Accessibility Services helps students with disabilities and medical conditions by identifying and removing barriers to learning. The team provides accommodations, services and resources to help every student participate fully in their studies and creative practice.

Your name is part of who you are. Emily Carr University honours chosen and cultural names across our systems wherever possible. Students can update their chosen name in MYEC and see it used in classrooms online tools and day to day campus life. Your legal name appears only where required by policy or government regulations.
