Bio

Marc Roumi has been actively engaged in the entertainment industry for over 15 years. With a passion for Disney and a flair for vibrant colors and creativity, he has had the privilege of working on numerous international franchise shows, including Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Transformers. Currently, he serves as a Lighting/Compositing Supervisor on Lego/Marvel, where he brings expertise in visual arts and technical skills to deliver outstanding results.

Description

This course presents the stages of art direction in 3D computer animation production. Students will explore how to create a final look for 3D computer animation scenes in order to tell stories and create experiences while expressing intentions clearly to the viewer. Students will learn how to use various computer graphic productions methods to meet their creative needs, as well as practice the technical and artistic implementation of 3D modeling, texturing, digital lighting, and shading in 3D computer animation / digital media projects.
