Bio
Marion is a leadership and organizational development professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources supporting leaders in post-secondary environments. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, where her thesis was recognized with distinction, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She has completed advanced training in leadership development and facilitation, including Clear Leadership, as well as certifications in change management, policy development and implementation, conflict coaching, and equitable and inclusive leadership.
Research Interests
Marion’s action-oriented research and practice focus on enhancing leadership capacity to navigate complexity, relationships, and change through systems awareness, relational clarity and intentional action. Her work is grounded in systems thinking, Appreciative Inquiry and transformative learning, with a particular interest in how leaders build clarity, strengthen relationships and lead effectively in complex environments.
