Ariba Najib supports the design, evaluation and classification of roles across ECU, providing advice on compensation, organizational structure and related approval processes. Ariba partners with leaders and ECU community to ensure equitable, consistent and compliant outcomes aligned with institutional priorities and best practices.

Ariba approaches her professional practice through a human-centred lens, recognizing the impact of work design and compensation on organizational culture and employee experience. She is committed to building fair, transparent and sustainable frameworks that support institutional integrity. Personally, Ariba is guided by reflection, empathy and a strong sense of responsibility to community.
