Description

Artistic practice grows through meaningful dialogue, thoughtful reflection, and shared critique. This three-day workshop brings together early to mid-career artists in a supportive studio environment to present their portfolio, works-in-progress or recently completed pieces for creative exchange. Artists will be guided by structured critique methods and collaborative discussion, refining their ability to give and receive feedback, articulate their creative intent, and deepen their visual language. Emphasis is placed on cultivating a respectful critique culture, identifying creative strengths and portfolio refinement to elevate each artist’s individual voice. At the end of the course, participants will leave with renewed clarity, inspiration, and momentum for future work. Participants should come prepared with an artist statement and 2–4 complete or near-complete works to share and discuss during the course.
