Description

In this intermediate-level course, you will build on the technical skills you already have in digital photography to develop a project or produce a portfolio. Through discussions, presentations, and the development of your own work, you will learn about production strategies, sequencing, grouping, the moving image, and multiples. This course is ideal if you want to expand your technical expertise while engaging in visual experimentation to explore specific interests and topics. You will be introduced to contemporary lens-based and photographic practices and will participate in peer-to-peer critiques to refine your work. Please bring alone your own digital camera (RAW capabilities recommended), USB cable, and external hard drive.
