Explore your own career development path in depth, examining leadership tracks in management, entrepreneurship and subject matter expertise through multiple lenses. You’ll assess these options against your values, strengths, and long-term goals while navigating common challenges such as creative blocks, ambiguity and uncertainty. Through cycles of reflection, research and assessment, you’ll identify your personalized growth priorities and clarify your leadership vision. By the end of the course, you’ll create a personalized leadership narrative and development plan, practice applying it as a design leader in diverse situations and build the confidence, adaptability and strategies to guide your next chapter.
