Description

This course introduces students to the practice of project management through a creative lens. Students will learn project planning, teamwork and agile practices with a focus on real-world applications in design environments. You will explore how to scope, organize and guide creative projects from concept to implementation, building confidence in balancing timelines, collaboration and evolving requirements. Students will gain familiarity with key tools and methods used in design-led teams, from project briefs to sprints and retrospectives, while developing skills in professional project documentation and reporting. With an emphasis on communication, leadership and adaptability, this course prepares you to lead creative work with clarity, intention, and a reflective mindset.
