If you notice building issues on campus that need attention, like security, maintenance or housekeeping, report it with the Facilities Issue Report Form.

How to Report

  • Complete the Facilities Issue Report Form
  • Include your name, room number, and a short description of the problem

Cardboard Recycling
For large cardboard recycling, use the Facilities Issue Report Form. Include your room number, label the items clearly and note the exact pickup location.

  • Electrical problems or power outages
