Starting Aug 23rd, ITS is moving its primary support contact to a new online portal!

Log into https://servicedesk.emilycarru.ca/ using your myEC credentials to get started.

You will now benefit from the ability to:

  • See an overview of all services we provide
  • Submit and track the progress of your requests
  • View knowledge base articles for all self service topics

    We continue to offer walk-ins and phone support as per information here.

    The short video below illustrates the process of placing and viewing a request (please note there is no audio).
