REMINDER: Faculty/Staff Support Sessions for Zoom, AV Systems + Airmedia Starting This Week

The Collaborative Technologies Support (CTS) team is pleased to offer drop-in support sessions for faculty and staff to assist with using campus AV systems, Airmedia systems and Zoom.
The Collaborative Technologies Support (CTS) team is pleased to offer drop-in support sessions for faculty and staff starting Tuesday, Jan. 4.
The drop-in support sessions are to assist faculty and staff with:
- how to use the audio-visual (AV) systems in rooms with Zoom
- how to use AirMedia (wireless presentation) in classrooms, studio, and meeting rooms
- how to use Zoom
Drop-in support sessions run from Jan. 4 to Jan. 30, from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Come to the ITS Help Desk, room B1116. A CTS staff member will be stationed outside the ITS Help Desk ready to support you. No appointment is necessary.
If you need an orientation on the AV system in a specific room, such as the Reliance Theatre or Rennie Hall, you can book an appointment with a CTS technician by emailing ithelp@ecuad.ca.
If you need immediate support in a room, call CTS Support at (604) 630-4559, and a CTS technician will answer the phone. You can also pick up any of the phones in the hallways and dial the CTS hotkey.
