Introducing a streamlined new workflow for ecuad.ca help requests!
Good news! ITS has launched a streamlined new workflow to assist you when you need a hand working with Craft, the system that the ecuad.ca website is built on.
Next time you have issues updating pages, or need to set up access for someone in your department, or need guidance creating content, you can submit a request through the ITS Service Desk. Your request will then be handled by the appropriate team, be it technical assistance from ITS or content strategy advice from Communications + Marketing.
This means you’ll have a whole team ready to support you!
