Hiring Student Workers

Emily Carr University of Art + Design (University) is committed to providing students with practical work experience as an important part of the educational process and to offering opportunities for students to earn income in support of their education costs.

In order for students to be hired and paid through Emily Carr, departmental supervisors must contact Human Resources (hr@ecuad.ca) and follow the university’s established hiring processes as outlined in Policy 8.2 Employment of Students and Procedure 8.2.1 Student Employment Procedures.
