“Noon, Ngayon at Bukas” (Past, Present and Future) is a series where I used photographs to connect with my Grandmother, Clarita. The photograph serves as a way to fill the gap of longing and also knowing and making narratives.

About the Artist

Khim Hipol is a Filipino artist who immigrated to Canada in 2015. He now lives and works on the unceded territory of the Squamish, T'sleil Waututh and Musqueum people in North Vancouver. He is currently a second-year student at Emily Carr University.

Emily Carr Students are eligible to submit their work for consideration in the Showcase.
