Tuesday, September 5

11:30am - 1:00pm | Welcome Back Bash!

Where: Wilson Plaza
Outside, on the east side of campus

Join us as we celebrate the new incoming students at ECU! There’ll be food trucks, and activities for us to meet and reconnect! Come early to grab your food while supplies last.

Wednesday, September 6

11:30am - 12:30pm | Welcome Lunch for Indigenous Students

Where: The Aboriginal Gathering Place (AGP)
Level 2

The Aboriginal Gathering Place team invites Indigenous students to a lunch to connect and learn about the AGP’s programming for the year!

Thursday, September 7

11:30am - 12:30pm | Library & Learning Commons Open House w/ Special Guest: Cookies!

Where: ECU Library
Level 2

Step into the ECU Library + Writing Centre for some treats and a glance through the many stunning art collections, learning resources and books on offer!

2:30pm - 3:30pm | Donut Giveaway with Trish

Where: Outside the President's Office
Level 2, across from the AGP

Who can resist a free donut and a quick gab? Get to know our new Interim President, Trish Kelly, over donuts and coffee!

5:00pm - 7:00pm | Foundation Show Closing Reception

Where: Throughout Level 2

Join us in celebrating the Foundation students and their stunning achievements at the closing reception!

Friday, September 8

10:00am - 12:00pm | Pancake Breakfast

Where: Wellness Kitchen
Level 2, behind the Information Desk

Bring your best form to flip up a pancake storm with the Counselling & Wellness team and get to know what resources are available at ECU!

11:30am - 1:00pm | Ice Breaker Bingo with Student Services

Where: The Caf + Patio
Level 2

Get those markers ready for icebreaker bingo, and grab a slice of pizza or a samosa with the Student Services team and get information on registration, academic advising, careers + work integrated learning, international support, financial aid and more
