This artist talk features students who are currently exhibiting their work in the Revisions exhibition in the MOEC (faculty gallery.) The exhibition and talk are part of ECU's programming for this year's Capture Photo Festival.
The Revisions artist talk features exhibiting students in conversation with Justin Ramsey, assistant curator at The Polygon Gallery, and Birthe Piontek, artist, curator and assistant professor of Photography in the Audain Faculty of Art at Emily Carr University. The discussion will focus on the students’ various photographic approaches to the topics of change and transition while addressing the numerous ways that COVID-19 has impacted their studies and artistic work.
