Monique Mouton (b. 1984, Fort Collins, Colorado) is a New York-based painter who received her MFA from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY in 2014 and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emily Carr Institute, Vancouver, British Columbia in 2006. Recently she has shown her work in Destiny Cornucopia, a two person show with Nancy Lupo at VEDA, Florence, Italy (2022). Solo exhibitions include INNER CHAPTERS, Bridget Donahue, New York, New York (2021); Braid, VEDA, Florence, Italy (2020); Scene, Kayne Griffin Corcoran, Los Angeles, CA (2019); The Theme is Green, Bridget Donahue, New York, NY (2018); and A Place Partly Known, Natalie Hug, Cologne, Germany (2017); among others.
