Breathwork is an active form of meditation, a powerful way to soften mental activity and reconnect with your body, your creativity and intuition. In this session, we'll begin by setting intentions, reviewing the technique, and then move into an active breathwork practice for 45 minutes, which will be accompanied by a guided meditation. This session includes music and the option of hands-on facilitation to support the flow of breath. We all face a lot of stimulation each and every day, which leads us to hold onto stuck energy and emotions in our bodies and unconscious minds.
