Join us to celebrate the opening of dwelling[s] at the Michael O'Brian Exhibition Commons.
dwelling[s] maps interconnected webs each employing different strategies of worlding. The works in the exhibition dwell on promises of protection in the built environment, sense-making in response to eco-grief, and the interactions of place with body. By rendering the walls into these dwellings permeable, each artist brings viewers into their burrows–spaces that linger between constructed and organic–and invites them to stay.
