Faculty Writing Associate and writer Mercedes Eng is available to help with academic writing, creative writing, writing related to your art practice, any kind of writing, at every stage of writing development.
Mercedes Eng is a writer, Sessional Faculty, and Faculty Writing Associate at the Writing Centre for 2021-22. As a Writing Associate, she seeks to support writing development and access for racialized, neuro-divergent, and disabled students at ECU - an institution shaped by European structures and ideologies, and is situated on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ Nations.
Mercedes is available to help with academic writing, creative writing, writing related to your art practice, any kind of writing, at every stage of writing development.
- What: Drop-in-only, online chat appointments on the Writing Centre schedule site. Booking opens 15 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Advance booked appointments at alternate times are also available by request.
- Who: for faculty and students. Mercedes is interested in mentoring BIPOC, neuro-divergent, and disabled writers.
