These small breakfast sessions are created for informal brainstorming and community conversations around ECU's two-year federal grant aimed at fostering greater equity, diversity and inclusion within the post-secondary research sector.

They take place in addition to the Webinar with ROOTS series, the Circle Dialogues and Affinity Caucuses and the Council Planning Sessions.

How to participate:

This event is part of a series designed to enable Emily Carr University faculty and staff to participate in ECU's upcoming EDI Capacity Building grant.

Emily Carr University is a recipient of a two-year federal grant aimed at fostering greater equity, diversity and inclusion within the post-secondary research sector. This grant will help ECU identify, reveal and remedy systemic barriers that may impede the recruitment, advancement and research of underrepresented and minoritized faculty, specifically from an Academic Affairs and Research perspective.
