Taylor Ramos & Tony Zhou are the creators of the series "Every Frame a Painting," and served as writer/directors on the Netflix series VOIR, executive produced by David Fincher & David Prior. They are veterans of the animation industry for over a decade. Their collaborative work has been featured on FilmStruck and the Criterion Collection. In 2024, they premiered a narrative short, The Second, starring Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, and returned to YouTube for a limited miniseries revival of “Every Frame a Painting.”
