Curated and hosted by Heidi Holmes.
Yard Space Gallery is a place for emerging and experimental practices, with a focus on work that cannot function within, or is excluded by the traditional structures of the art institution. The inaugural series of projects will locate moments within the adjacent writing and visual art practices of local emerging writers, artists and creatives.
Yard Space Gallery is situated on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Exhibitions are available for online viewing via Instagram @yardspacegallery. In-person viewings may be arranged to take place after sunset in a Mt. Pleasant back yard and basement apartment. DM @yardspacegallery via Instagram for an appointment.
