Client Relations + Partnerships (CSPD 203)
The Workplace Culture + Community course explores the crucial role culture plays in shaping effective, inclusive, and engaging work environments. Participants will examine their own values and how these contribute to both workplace and community cultures. Through reflective exercises, group discussions, and case studies, students will gain practical strategies for fostering diversity, collaboration, and inclusivity in their professional settings. The course delves into ethical leadership, conflict resolution, and communication techniques, encouraging participants to reflect on their personal contributions to positive cultures. By the end of the course, students will have actionable strategies for cultivating inclusive, vibrant environments that support collaboration and enhance workplace dynamics.
